Kiva, our staff of support specialists is available 24x7x365 to
address your operational needs. If you're picking, we're listening
- and we treat your problems as our problems with fast response,
escalations, and immediate work-arounds if necessary.
Kiva can maintain all of your active equipment with field
service and support staff available for onsite work as requested.
This includes robots, chargers, servers, stations, and peripherals.
Consumable and repair parts are available through online ordering
as well. Remember, with Kiva you're never down - all active
elements are parallel and redundant - this means you always have
order filling capacity.

In addition to phone support, we offer several software upgrades
per year and can validate and test those releases for your site as
part of your annual maintenance program. Unlike some platforms,
upgrading your interface and workflow elements is part of the
standard Kiva software maintenance offering.
Kiva provides several training programs. All customers receive
on-site training prior to system go-live to ensure that system
users exercise best practices to maximize results. Kiva also has
advanced training programs for supervisors and IT departments.
We offer a robust training program for employees of all levels,
