Kiva can maintain all of your active equipment with field service and support staff available for onsite work as requested. This includes robots, chargers, servers, stations, and peripherals. Consumable and repair parts are available through online ordering as well. Kiva provides several training programs. All customers receive on-site training prior to system go-live to ensure that system users exercise best practices to maximize results. Kiva also has advanced training programs for supervisors and IT departments.
