In addition to building the physical equipment that makes up your solution, Kiva handles the software configuration and host systems integration processes.

Each site requires a host interface, so we've architected a flexible API to move data between your environment and the Kiva Material Handling System (MHS) software application.  We develop this interface as a standard part of the complete solution.  Kiva software integrates smoothly into major commercial warehouse management systems, home grown warehouse applications and enterprise level ERP systems.

Our Professional Services team ensures that work stations are configured with the workflow functionality and business rules that support each client's specific processes.   And prior to shipping the software and equipment, Kiva tests the complete build using your warehouse management staging server with our high-fidelity emulation environment.  This tests every SKU, order, replenishment message, associated robot movement and station workflow. You'll know exactly how your building will operate even before the gear arrives.
