Your system is installed by knowledgeable Kivans that are dedicated to meeting your Go-Live objectives.  The Kiva Professional Services team assigns you a program manager (PM) very early in your experience.  This person stays with you from pre-contract design to post-contract build, install, ramp, and acceptance.  Your PM coordinates all aspects of the program plan to ensure timely execution, consistent communications, and that our solution meets your expectations.

The actual on-site installation is one of the fastest in the industry no matter where in the world your site is located.  The installation includes the navigation grid layout, system setup, wireless network installation, storage pod building, robot induction, station setup and end-to-end testing.  Prior to the onsite activity, the PM manages customer workshops, oversees the integration requirements specification, creates development and test plans, and coordinates the supply chain plan to deliver all materials on site.
