Our Services organization is set up to provide the customer support and training you expect, but we include much more. We simulate, build, integrate, install, move, support and continually improve your solution to ensure you receive the optimal results based on your unique requirements in the shortest amount of time. In fact, we're so confident in our approach that Kiva solutions are offered on a fixed fee basis with only three client invoices per project - contract signature, system installation and system acceptance - putting you in control from start to finish.  Additionally, your experience can extend to include advanced services for expanding and moving Kiva installations and performance engineering support to improve your system well past go-live. Now that's different for the material handling industry!
